What do I need to bring for notarization?

Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. The document being notarized must be complete and unsigned until we meet.

Can you travel to me?

Yes! I offer mobile notary services and can travel to your home, office, hospital, or other convenient location. Travel fees start at $30 within a 10-mile radius and may vary depending on distance.

Do I need to sign the document before meeting you?

No. Please wait to sign the document in front of me so I can properly witness and notarize your signature.

    Can you notarize documents for someone who doesn’t speak English?

    Unfortunately, Texas law requires that both the signer and the notary be able to communicate directly in the same language. I am fluent in English only.

    Can you notarize a copy of a document?

    In Texas, notaries cannot certify copies of public records (e.g., birth certificates), but I can notarize a copy certification by the document holder, if allowed.

    Do you offer after-hours or weekend appointments?


    Yes, I offer flexible hours including evenings and weekends. After-hours and holiday appointments may incur an additional fee.

    What areas do you serve?

    I’m based in Dallas, Texas and serve the surrounding DFW metro including but not limited to: Southlake, Plano, Flowermound, Addison, Richardson, Colleyville, Euless, Bedford, Arlington, and Irving. Additional travel fees may apply based on distance.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    I accept Cash, PayPal and Venmo. Payment is due at the time of service.
